If the car cannot be opened, there may be several reasons for this:
Reservation has not yet started -> car can only be opened from the start of the reservation
The wrong vehicle has been reserved (check license plate number)
caruso card/Klimaticket has not yet been activated
Payment authorization failed (check inbox)
