If you have forgotten something in the car, that's no problem. At the end of the reservation, you can open the car again either with the customer card or with the app. After you have taken out your things, please lock the car again with the caruso card or app. This feature works until another user starts their reservation.
If you only realize later that you have forgotten something, please contact us by phone (+43 5572 40 10 26 1). We will then unlock the car for you so that you can collect your things.
