There may be various reasons for this:
Black chip on the car key has not been put back into the key box in the glove compartment
The car is not connected to the charging station
The car has no reception --> Call support

Tip: If you have already inserted the black chip into the key box, pull it out again and reinsert it. If it still doesn't work, please contact support.
