The reserved caruso vehicles can be opened and closed with the caruso customer card and with the caruso carsharing app.
If you have not received a caruso customer card, you can request one by email at [email protected].
PS: The car key is located in the glove compartment. Always lock and unlock with the car key during stops.
If you have activated the caruso modul on your Klimaticket, you will not receive a caruso customer card. You can then open and close the vehicles with the climate ticket.
