To start or activate charging, the charging chip on the car key must be held up to the charging station. The charging chip is oval and has a lightning bolt and the word "Ladechip" printed on it.
Please make sure that you use the chip to activate the charge. The caruso customer card or the round chip, which must be inserted into the key box, will not work.

There are a few cars - very few - where charging must be started with the vlotte charging card. This card is then inserted in the car sharing box.
